Whether cancer is early or late, symptoms are not inevitable

There may be no symptoms in the early stage, which is easy to understand, because cancer is still very limited. Can advanced cancer also be without symptoms? Yes, it’s possible.

Therefore, there are often people who inadvertently check and find cancer without any discomfort, and it is terminal. Many people are confused because of this. I don’t have any discomfort. Why is it terminal cancer as soon as it is detected? It can be seen that it is very unreliable to judge whether there is no cancer based on whether there is any discomfort.

Why is it so late once the cancer is found?

1. Cancer is one of the chronic diseases with a long incubation period. Coupled with some people’s indifference to their own health, many manifestations of cancer will be regarded as other common diseases and thus ignored.

2. In the early stage of cancer, there will be no abnormal symptoms and pain. Even if there are symptoms, it will not be an obvious cancer symptom. It may give you a cold symptom. Early symptoms will not attract people’s attention, and they are easy to be confused with other diseases. It is difficult to detect cancer at an early stage.

3. The time from early to late stage of cancer is very short. It only takes 2 months to two years. Even if there are two years, one and a half years in these two years are early symptoms. It won’t attract your attention. That is to say, when you feel or start to pay attention to it. You have reached the late stage or near the late stage.

4. It is related to the location and size of cancer. Tumours on the body surface or near-body surface are generally easier to find, such as breasts (touching or seeing special symptoms, so male breast cancer is much more terrible than women. Please pay attention to it!) Penile cancer (this, not invisible), thyroid (many people are told that the two sides of the neck are asymmetrical).

And the internal organs are not so lucky. You should understand that there are often no pain nerves inside the organs, so you just grow a lump in the liver, brain and lungs. Unless the volume is large to a certain extent, you often don’t feel it.

If it is really big enough to appear simply because of the obvious symptoms of volume, I’m sorry, the size of the volume is also one of the staging indicators of the tumour. It is estimated that the staging will be late. Secondly, people care about pain, such as small coughs in lung cancer patients, mild abdominal discomfort in liver cancer and stomach cancer, and sometimes small headaches in encephalopathy tumours. In fact, they are all very common symptoms, so sometimes you go to the doctor because of a small discomfort, we can’t say for sure that you are not swollen. Tumour.

Then, the way the tumour grows, as a malignant tumour, is often infiltrated. Generally speaking, this plant grows along the internal structure of the organ, rather than violently directly destroying the original structure.

5. Malignant tumours are prone to metastasis. Sometimes you can’t even detect the tumour in your primary site, and it has metastasised far away, and once metastasised, the stage is often in the late stage.

Therefore, it is recommended that everyone have a full-body physical examination twice a year, which is the most important way to detect early cancer. Why do you have a physical examination twice instead of a regular one? Because the concealment of some cancers is relatively high, an accidental physical examination may not be found. For example, only about half of the patients with early lung cancer were found through chest X-rays, sputum, etc. Therefore, increasing the number of physical examinations can improve the chance of early detection of cancer.

By doing the above, cancer can be largely excluded, or the threat of cancer to life and health can be minimised. I hope you don’t just look at it, but practice it and really do it.
