Disease and health

When people suffer from kidney disease, most people are under great psychological pressure and lose their happiness. Why? The main reason is that the understanding of “disease and health” is not comprehensive or incorrect. Let’s discuss this issue next.

People continue to maintain their health and fight against disease, which shows that health and disease are two states of life. According to the authority of the International Health Organisation, health is not only the absence of disease and weakness of the body, but also a good state of physical, psychological, social and moral. These factors are not independent, but unified. Human beings cannot exist in isolation. The body is the carrier of life. Life exists in the form of body and psychology, while the individual’s life should exist in the collective, and the individual who does not live in the collective does not exist. Without parents, there would be no us. The family is a collective, the smallest group. Similarly, without the existence and reproduction of groups, there will be no organ in a small family that cannot exist alone, or an organ cannot constitute life. Only when multiple organs are harmoniously organised can a living body be formed. Health is the harmonious division of labour and cooperation of these organs, and the smooth operation. What is a disease? Disease is a state of life that is caused by a certain cause. In this state, the morphology and function of the human body undergoes certain changes, normal life activities are restricted or destroyed, or show detectible symptoms sooner or later. The result of this state is recovery, long-term survival or death. This is the definition of disease under WHO, and it is also the most scientific definition. Disease and health are opposite and unified.

1. Disease and health are a unity and two sides of money. In the disease ,It contains health, and health includes diseases. If there is no disease, there is no health. On the contrary, there is no health and no disease. We should observe, think and treat disease and health with the thinking and perspective of “normal heart” and “ermanence”. Only by treating disease and health with such thinking and perspective, can kidney disease be “remely”, “stable”, “ordinary”, and will not be nervous, and will not have bad emotions such as “anrre, regret, resentment, hatred, annoyance, anger, annoyance”. It is conducive to early recovery.

2. Disease and health are impermanent, gradual, continuous and long. It happens in our lives and runs through our whole life. The disease and health are in the activity and change of the moment. You seem to be very healthy today, and you may catch a cold tomorrow. If you have a cold in a few days, you may have diarrhoea again. You don’t know if you have kidney disease today. If you get better in a few days, you don’t know… People’s health and diseases are volatile. Disease and health are gradual, continuous and long. For example, from nephritis to renal failure, if there is no effective treatment in this process, it generally takes 8 to 10 years, which is a gradual, continuous and long process. In this process, there is often no obvious discomfort and no clinical symptoms. Think of yourself as “healthy”. This is exactly why many patients with kidney disease missed the best time for treatment in the early stage of kidney disease without timely and effective treatment. Only by recognising the “immanence”, “continuous” and “gradient” of disease and health can we find it early and achieve early treatment. Regular physical examination is a way to detect diseases at an early stage. Now the state gives employees regular physical examinations in order to detect “unhealthy” at an early stage, and adjust “health and disease” at an early stage to turn diseases into health at an early stage.

Maintaining an optimistic and healthy mentality is the foundation of health. Modern research on “psychio-body diseases” (physical diseases caused by psychological factors) proves that 82 of our common diseases are “psycho-body diseases”, such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, paroxysmal tachycardia, stomach, duodenal ulcer, habitual constipation, bronchial asthma, migraine, chronic fatigue , hyperthyroidism, diabetes, systemic muscle pain, dysmenomenodon, irregular menstruation, pica, ophthalmic spasm, recurrent chronic oral ulcer, idiopathic tongue pain, bad breath, abnormal saliva secretion, chewing muscle spasm, foreign body sensation in the throat, motion sickness, neurodermatitis, cancer, obesity, etc. ( October 6, 2009 blog “Common mental and physical diseases” article). It can be seen that the root cause of many diseases comes from mental health. The recovery of the disease also depends to a large extent on mental health. The importance of practising mental health is obvious.
