Some people say that life lies in sports, but the athlete’s body is relatively bad. Many athletes are half a useless person when they retire, even worse than ordinary people. They exercise every day and exercise more than us. They should be healthier than us, right? But it’s not. They consume too much.
Like this, we define it as expendable exercise. Although this kind of exercise is good, it has great side effects. Another kind of exercise is the traditional health exercise, which we call the qi vein exercise. For example, Taijiquan, which everyone has seen a lot, slowly. It’s not as fast as running and playing ball games. It’s slow, but it wears less. Of course, if you don’t play Taijiquan correctly, you will also break your knees and ankles. That’s a matter of technical essentials, not Taijiquan itself.
The purpose of this traditional health exercise is not to exercise the limbs, but to exercise the meridians and qi veins, so that we can relax the meridians and activate the meridians and let this qi move around the body.
“QI is the handsome of blood”, Qi is blood, and the blood is also smooth after the meridians are unobstructed, so it is mainly to exercise the qi, not in the joints. Therefore, it is a kind of maintenance exercise, which will not be overconsumption and can be maintained in the process of consumption. Why can it be maintained? It can absorb a certain atmosphere of heaven and earth. Running, playing ball and swimming certainly do not have this function. When you practice Taijiquan seriously, let’s not talk about the more internal movement of standing on the pile. The qi of the human body will be combined with the qi of heaven and earth. II. Three stages of health care
Health care, as mentioned in the “Yellow Emperor’s Inner Sutra · Ancient Innocence Theory”, this thing is relatively profound. We divide health care into three stages: hygiene, life-preserving, and long-life.
Wei means to defend and repair. The first is to protect the health, and the second is to repair the body and mind, so that the body can reach a normal and healthy state.
When it comes to the shooting stage, shooting is solid shooting. Slowing down our vitality is to keep your youthful footsteps. The function of the human kidney is to be solidified. At this stage of life, it is necessary to strengthen one’s own vitality, so that people will age slowly, not not to age, but to slow down. In the setting stage, the requirements for health exercise are relatively high, and it takes a certain amount of time to maintain health.
Then we will enter the stage of long life, that is, the real people, the most people, the saints and the sages mentioned in the Yellow Emperor’s Inner Sutra. They are all health experts. They are all in this stage of long life. Long life is obviously prolonging life, and he is not a simple solid shot. Solid camera only reduces consumption and slows down. But if you want to prolong this life, you can recreate it. This level is higher, and the cultivation is deeper.
Of course, long life does not mean infinite long life. According to the “Yellow Emperor’s Inner Sutra”, the limit of our human life is about 120 years old, “two armours”. Tiannian, from the perspective of the laws of nature, should be able to live to 120 years old, a few more years less, and a life of more than 100 years, which is also a long life. Observe the history, and those who have done a good job in health care in real life, can indeed live to this life expectancy, even if the difference is not too far, lower the standard, at least over 90 years old.
III. Health Tips
So how on earth is it called health preservation? This tip is said in the “Yellow Emperor’s Inner Sutra”, “Fuse and evil thief style, sometimes avoid it. Calm and nihilistic, true qi follow it. Mentally introside, illness has always been safe.” This is the core of health care.
First, we should avoid external feelings and avoid the harm brought to us by the evil thief wind. Second, calmness and nothingness, that is, our desires in all aspects should be indifferent, and our clothing, food, housing and transportation should be simple and simple, so that the true qi will naturally brew in the body, and then guard the spirit, so that we will Third, how to guard the spirit? ” The Theory of Ancient Innocence talks about “breathing the essence and protecting the god independently”, which is not disturbed by the disturbances of the world, that is, cutting off the interference. It is easy to integrate with nature by breathing essence and exhaling turbidity. If you cooperate with heaven and earth, you can cooperate with the road, so that you can “pick up the heaven and earth and grasp the yin and yang”. In this way, health maintenance and long life are naturally no longer a thing.
